690E/SMC mittaristo

Kokeilin haulla hakea mutta ei nyt tärpännyt,yksi linkki oli asiaa sivuten avrider foorumille,linkki vaan ei toiminut. Eli nyt kun olen vaihtanut smc:hen enska vanteet,millä saan muutettua nopeusmittarin asetuksen 21" renkaalle sopivaksi?

990 mallissa taitaa olla sama mittaristo, kokeile toimisko tämä ohje...

Onko 990:ssä tälläinen mittari?

"Adjusting the Odometer for Different Front Wheel Circumferences
*Remove old Odometer and the connector.
*Cut the wire for pin 18 (should be Brown/Grey for 690E) on the connector.
*Install Odometer
*Turn key to "on" and with the meter set to "Trip 1", press and hold "Mode" for 10 sec.
Length xxxx (the 17" circumference) will show up (flashing), press "mode" to increase and "set" to decrease the circumference.
The correct setting for 21" should be 2205.
*Press "mode" and "set" simultanously to set it."

Uudemmissa on kyllä tuollainen mittari. En muista mistä vuosimallista lähtien, joku joka tuollaisen omistaa varmaan tietää. Vanhemman mallin mittariin toi ADV:n ohje ei ainakaan päde, eiköhän se tossa uudemmassa toimi. Kokeilet vaan rohkeesti, ei se siittä rikki mee...

Tänään katselin sitä johtoliitintä mittarin pohjassa,en kyllä ala mitään piuhoja pätkimään,tarvii koettaa paremmalla ajalla saada se ruskea/harmaa johtoliitin ehjänä irti...luulisi että tuo olisi voitu toteuttaa helpomminkin.

Johto lähtee liittimestä irti aika helposti. Piuhan voi myös jättää irti niin muutos hoituu jatkossa pyöriä vaihtaessa kätevämmin. Ajele Riksuun niin eiköhän tuo kahteen mieheen irtoa, laita sähköposti tai viesti niin sovitaan tarkemmin.

Eiköhän se johtoliitin irtoa taivuttamalla lukituskielekettä erittäin pienellä ruuvimeisselillä? Onko sillä johdolla muuta tarvetta olla mittarissa kiinni,eli toimiiko kaikki vaikka jättäisi piuhan irti ja suojaa sen vaikkapa kutistesukalla?

Edit klo.19.15 Piuha liittimineen irti ja suojattu,kaikki toimii,nyt on kalibrointi eri pyöräkoolle helppoa. Kiitosta avustaneille

Osaakos joka sanoa pystyykö -06 exc mittaristoa kalibroimaan, kaksilla vanteilla kun on?
Mittari kun menee päälle niin vilahtaa kalibrointilukema taulussa, siitä vaan päättelin että vois olla mahollista..

2004 exc:n mittariin toimi seuraava ohje mutta mittari taisi vaihtua erilaiseksi 05 tai 06 joten en osaa sanoa toimivuudesta uudempiin.

Setting the wheel circumference
The circumference of the wheel can be changed if the black cable on the
electronic speedometer (or the black/brown cable on the vehicle wiring
harness) has been severed. This is necessary, e.g. if you are using 17"
wheels.
To change the wheel circumference, change to the SPEED/H mode and hold
the MODE button for 3 seconds to access the SETUP menu. Press the MODE
button 11 times until the WS setting blinks. Press the + button to display the
wheel circumference in millimeters. Change the wheel circumference in 1
mm increments using the + or – buttons.
If no button is pressed for 20 seconds, the setting will be stored automatically
and the display will return to the SPEED/H mode.
You can store the setting immediately be holding the MODE button for
several seconds until the display mode changes to the SPEED/H mode.
+ BUTTON displays the wheel circumference
increases the wheel circumference
– BUTTON decreases the wheel circumference
press the MODE BUTTON to change to the next display mode
press and hold the MODE BUTTON 3 SECONDS to access the SETUP menu
store the setting and exit the SETUP menu.

Joo, niin vaihtuu mittaristo mut täytyy yrittää tuota ohjetta, en oo muunkaanlaista ohjetta löytänyt.
